I was introduced to a new colour Quinacridone Gold, as you can see in many of these paintings I fell in love with this colour(!) incorporating it into many paintings. I love how it mixes with other colours to achieve a subtle glow.
In these rural landscapes, it perfectly warms the sweeping autumn fields and casts a soft, atmospheric light around the weathered barns.
